Constructing a federation model for web-based knowledge, and applying it to ubiquitous knowledge discovery for grid modelling

Our collaboration with the Hokkaido University (Meme Media Lab) aims at developing ways of integrating the diverse resources available through Web connection, in order to support their seamless integration and foster the discovery of new usages.
