DEMO
Aim of this research project is to study the time behavior of signals in engineered circuits in a microbiological context. More specifically, we want to study delays of state changes, which is essential for correctly constructing fundamental building blocks of any non-trivial circuit.
Focus of the project is the time modelization of bacterial colonies,
with the particular point of view coming from VLSI systems, for which highly accurate delay models already exist and are paramount. Choice and design of these models will be guided by real-world microbiological experiments.
