TARGET aims at improving, in terms of relevance, the results of a Web search. It implements an original approach based on adaptive ontologies for improvingWeb search. The tool is made of two parts. A Java front-end that acts as an interface with the user and a second part made up of the PROLOG inference engine that manages both ontology adaptation and the aaptive Web search.
