Résumé :
The talk will describe some ongoing projects in the group of "Knowledge Management in Bioinformatics", Humboldt-Universität (Berlin). In particular, I will present ideas on a semantic-aware optmization of dataflows with UDFs and on the potential of work/dataflows for describing and running data analysis of next generation sequencing data.
